The Black Key (The Lone City, #3) by Amy Ewing

The third installment in the Lone City series doesn't disappoint. Violet returns to the Jewel to find and save her sister. In an effort to save her sister, Violet takes a back seat approach to the rebellion. The mission is to destroy the Jewel. 

The twists and turns are entertaining and the conclusion is perfect.
