Dawn on the Coast (A Graphic Novel: The Baby-Sitters Club #23) | By Ann M. Martin

Another fun installment in the Baby-Sitters Club Graphic Novel series. Dawn is the focus of this one. She is going back to California where she is from to visit her dad and brother. California is turning out to better than she remembered. Her friends, the food, the weather and the beaches are calling her name. She's part of baby-sitters club in Cali and it's run with more ease and fun then the one back in Stoneybrook.

Dawn misses her mom and new friends in Stoneybrook but the familiar life in Cali makes her want to live there. Dawn has to make a decision on where she is going to live. This is fairly true to life feeling about being a child of divorce and trying to decide which place feels more like home.

The pages are beautiful and made me miss my life in So Cal. Excellent read for these hot summer days.
