Under the Rose is the sequel to, Secret Society Girl. The dialogue is sharp, the characters are more developed yet there is something amiss.At times the book bordered on boring and wasn't nearly as exciting as expected. However the reading is quite simple despite all the plot twists. The characters have a semi-realistic approach to them but many fit into a stereo typical manner.
