The Summoning (Darkest Powers, #1) by Kelley Armstrong

Chloe Saunders is anything but ordinary. She lives at the Lyle House and her housemates are quite peculiar. The group of teens living there all have something to hide. The inhabitants of the Lyle House are told they have various mental health issues. Chloe is told she is schizophrenic and that's why she sees ghost.

Odd things happen at the Lyle House and when Chloe is told by another resident she is a necromancer things start to make sense and secrets start to be revealed. Others supernatural powers are also revealed and so is the truth of the Lyle House.

The Summoning is fast paced and easy to read.  I look forward to the next book.  Not sure when that will happen as my TBR list is LOOOONG and keeps growing.
