Dawn and the Impossible Three: A Graphic Novel (The Baby-Sitters Club #5) by Raina Telgemeier (Adapter, Illustrator), Ann M. Martin (Author)

Dawn and the Impossible Three is the 5th novel in the Baby-Sitters Club series. Dawn Schafer is the newest member of the club. She recently moved to Stoneybrook from California. She is adjusting to life on the east coast and making friends with members of the Baby-Sitters Club is helping with this adjustment.

She has her first big babysitting job taking care of the Barrett kids. They are unruly, the house is a mess and their mother is unorganized.  Dawn needs to find a way to deal with the Barrett kids, their mom and find a way to make friends with Kristy.

Dawn takes on more than she can handle but discovers that good communication can solve most problems. This is another easy and entertaining read. The graphics are a bit odd but I think it's fitting for the targeted age group of 9-12 year olds.
